The synergy between BICOM partners Marie-Noelle Hamelin and Vicky Boudreau is nothing less than extraordinary. Their complementary skill sets and personalities, coupled with their shared dedication to transparency and collaboration, has led to remarkable success. Today, they lead a team of 20 talented professionals in reaching and exceeding expectations.
An experienced entrepreneur, Marie-Noelle brings extensive public relations and managerial expertise to the agency she founded in 2006.
Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Université de Montréal, she has amassed a wealth of experience over the course of her successful career, ranging from freelance fashion stylist, writer and publicist to General Manager, then Partner of a Montréal public relations firm where she spent four years.
Marie-Noelle drives BICOM’s strategic planning and operations: from account management to human resource administration to campaign design and everything in between, she ensures the smooth execution of all projects and, ultimately, client satisfaction.
In addition to founding BICOM, she also owns Station 8, a clothing label for men, which she launched in 2005.
Vicky is the agency’s public face: always out there seeing and being seen, with her finger squarely planted on the pulse of the industry and on emerging trends.
Energetic and creative, Vicky excels at finding original ways to convey her clients’ messages and to capture media attention, and never misses the opportunity to propose mutually beneficial partnerships between clients.
In addition to overseeing BICOM’s business, she regularly contributes to industry publications as a writer and participates in various charitable projects.
Vicky’s educational background includes degrees in fashion design from Collège Lasalle and fashion marketing at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
Highly regarded throughout the Canadian public relations industry for her expertise and excellent work in beauty in particular, Julie joined forces with BICOM so that clients may benefit from her years of experience and proven strategic talent and creativity.
