Public Relations Intern

bicom team is seeking a full-time Communications Trainee to assist with the implementation and execution of Public Relations projects.

Duration

A minimum of 3 days a week | Fall semester 2024

Main Tasks

Beauty & Lifestyle Department / Corporate Department

  • Media and social media monitoring
  • Creation of press relations and social networking reports
  • Influencer research
  • Research, compile and update press and influencer lists
  • Compilation of media coverage (clippings)
  • Help with media and influencer mailings: research suppliers, set up mailings and report on fallout
  • Drafting of various communication tools, including press releases
  • English/French translation of short text tools
  • Assistance at events: RSVP, attendance follow-up and on-site media reception
  • Setting up sample inventories

Digital Department

  • Content creation
  • Content writing
  • In-depth knowledge of the Meta suite
  • Management of organic and advertisement statistics
  • Brainstorm sessions
  • Community management
  • Online trends monitoring
  • Social network reporting
