Responsibilities
- Ensure daily contact with the clients and that all deadlines are respected according to plan;
- Execute digital content and influencer marketing strategies as to meet or exceed pre-established objectives and KPIs;
- Create compelling, weekly editorial calendars for their clients and ensure that content is published and optimized according to the latest industry best practices;
- Community management: daily online moderation and engagement on clients’ social media platforms (including nights and weekends);
- Responsible for translating content & copy for all agency services, as needed;
- Update and create content for bicom.ca & bicom’s social platforms, under the supervision of the Creative Content Manager;
- Suggest both paid and organic content optimization strategies for clients;
- Produce digital performance reports and provide on-going recommendations for their clients;
- Complete clear and comprehensive briefs for in-house and freelance creatives;
- Ensure that all partners respect delivery deadlines;
- Develop & execute influencer marketing strategies for the agency’s clients.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of social media networks and digital marketing;
- Fully bilingual with superior writing skills in English and French;
- Over 2 years of experience in social media account management;
- Creativity, professionalism, and an ever-present curiosity for the latest innovations in digital content;
- Experience working with influencers. An already established network of relationships is an asset;
- A comprehensive understanding of social listening, measurement, and analytics both organic and paid;
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, WordPress, and Google Analytics;
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite;
- Photography, graphics, and video skills (an asset);
- Excellent time-management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and works well in a team.
