Project Manager, Digital Services

Through our offices in Montreal and Toronto, we deliver results for clients through comprehensive media relations, influencer marketing, event production, and digital media. Our business is growing, and we are recruiting a passionate, thoughtful and creative professional to serve our digital team as Project Manager.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with superior organizational skills. Client care is second nature to them, and they have a sixth sense that allows them to ensure that every tiny piece of the puzzle is in place, guaranteeing success. On the day-to-day, they are responsible for executing digital content strategies for bicom’s clients. Tasks include: creating compelling editorial content, translating copy, managing influencer marketing campaigns, briefing creators, and building comprehensive, digital reports. At times, they may need to rely on creative skills such as photography or graphic design.


  • Ensure daily contact with the clients and that all deadlines are respected according to plan;
  • Execute digital content and influencer marketing strategies as to meet or exceed pre-established objectives and KPIs;
  • Create compelling, weekly editorial calendars for their clients and ensure that content is published and optimized according to the latest industry best practices;
  • Community management: daily online moderation and engagement on clients’ social media platforms (including nights and weekends);
  • Responsible for translating content & copy for all agency services, as needed;
  • Update and create content for & bicom’s social platforms, under the supervision of the Creative Content Manager;
  • Suggest both paid and organic content optimization strategies for clients;
  • Produce digital performance reports and provide on-going recommendations for their clients;
  • Complete clear and comprehensive briefs for in-house and freelance creatives;
  • Ensure that all partners respect delivery deadlines;
  • Develop & execute influencer marketing strategies for the agency’s clients.


  • Extensive knowledge of social media networks and digital marketing;
  • Fully bilingual with superior writing skills in English and French;
  • Over 2 years of experience in social media account management;
  • Creativity, professionalism, and an ever-present curiosity for the latest innovations in digital content;
  • Experience working with influencers. An already established network of relationships is an asset;
  • A comprehensive understanding of social listening, measurement, and analytics both organic and paid;
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, WordPress, and Google Analytics;
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Photography, graphics, and video skills (an asset);
  • Excellent time-management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and works well in a team.
