She works to maintain the perfect happiness/performance balance, a fundamental aspect of bicom’s DNA; she is the champion of the agency’s strong corporate culture.

Her motivation?

A born connector, Marie-Noelle knows the value of a strong entourage. She’s fueled by challenges and new projects. Whether launching bicom in a new market or supporting her kid’s school projects, she applies the same passion and determination across the board.

Her inspiration?

Her parents! The best in the world. They’ve always let her live freely and walk her own path. Through their nurturing, Marie-Noelle developed the confidence to take big risks.

As a former figure skating coach from Montreal’s North Shore, Marie-Noelle’s uniform was a shiny nylon leotard and matching skirt.
