In May 2022, Hydralyte announced an exciting new partnership with Canadian-born actress, entrepreneur and mother, Shay Mitchell.
bicom was mandated to generate content on social media, generate buzz and awareness for the Shay Mitchell ambassadorship, strengthen relationships with key influencers, and drive awareness for Hydralyte in Canada.
bicom’s strategy was to host an influencer event at District 28 on July 13th to celebrate this partnership through different activations.
This event and was conceptualized and actualized by bicom through the overall concept, design, and uniforms. It featured 41 micro and macro influencers across multiple verticals that align with the Hydralyte brand (fitness, family, travel) where they received:
– A 30-minute workout with Hot Pilates founder and celebrity instructor Shanon Nadj
– A branded photo moment area where Shay was available to take photos with guests
– Instant photos provided by T.O Photobooth
– Hand massages provided by The Nail and Champagne Bar
– Food & drink provided by Calii Love and Hydralyte
– A tote gift bag including: 4 Hydralyte products, Hydralyte branded water bottle, BEIS water bottle sling, “Get Hot” workout band, B Yoga Mat, Lululemon yoga strap & towel
This resulted in 97% of influencer guests sharing on social media with a total social media reach of 4,467,500 Instagram & 456,415 Tiktok Followers.
