The Autism and/or Intellectual Disability Knowledge Exchange Network (AIDE Canada) is a tool providing community members with autism and intellectual disabilities information and resources. bicom’s undertaking was to increase visibility and brand awareness around AIDE Canada – – and autism – in general, all which pushing traffic to the organization website.
Actions
To achieve this goal, bicom:
-Monitored the competition;
-Analyzed the organization’s active platforms
-Developed and implemented a content strategy;
-Wrote and adapted texts to appeal to the target community and audience
-Developed and managed media advertising (social media and Google ads).
Results
As of April 2022, social media results totaled:
–444,726 reach
–635,520 impressions
–5,740 clicks
Google Ad results totaled:
–3,071,027 impressions
–40,110 clicks
